【Use Case】Consolidating power and sensing connectors for automation

The connectors for power and sensing have been consolidated, and the connection work has been automated, resulting in increased productivity!

In the charging and discharging inspection line, there were no composite connectors combining power and signal from domestic manufacturers, so we were connecting them separately by hand, which was labor-intensive. We were considering ways to improve this situation. Therefore, we introduced our composite connector that can integrate power and sensing into one. Additionally, by installing a rail and enabling sliding, we made it possible to automatically attach and detach everything together. As a result, it became unnecessary to assign workers to this process, leading to increased productivity. [Case Study] ■ Issue - Manual connection of power and sensing connectors separately ■ After Implementation - No need to assign workers, resulting in increased productivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Increased Productivity through Diversification and Automation

Introducing a case where productivity improved through the multiplexing and automation of connectors for electricity, coaxial, and optical fibers!

In the vehicle-mounted radio inspection line, there are connectors for electricity, coaxial, and optical fiber. However, there were no composite connectors combining electricity, coaxial, and optical fiber from domestic manufacturers, so connections were made manually and separately. Therefore, we introduced our composite connector that can integrate electricity, coaxial, and optical fiber. Additionally, by installing a rail and allowing for sliding, we enabled automatic attachment and detachment of all components together, eliminating the need to assign workers to this process and improving productivity. We plan to similarly introduce composite connectors in the inspection lines for car navigation systems and batteries, automating those processes as well. [Case Study] ■Challenge - We want to conduct high-quality inspections efficiently. ■After Implementation - The need to assign workers has been eliminated, resulting in increased productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
